About Internship:

What Will You Be Doing?
- Conducting SkillSphere Education’s educational programmes/short term workshops on a case to case basis as mutually agreed upon. You will be conducting these for students of different age groups based on provided curriculum and training. These might either be long term programmes in Mumbai/Pune/other parts of India or short term programme in any part of the country. Conducting these programmes is completely based on mutual convenience and availability. There is no compulsion to conduct a session unless committed for already.
- You will first undergo 10-15 hours of training yourself in order to become a trainer and will start
conducting these educational programmes/workshops thereafter. These training sessions will be
conducted for you by SkillSphere’s in house team and generally take place online.
- There is some follow up work associated with all these programmes/workshops which includes
making student feedback reports and analysing feedback forms.
- Basic public relations with institutions/clients at different centres and institutions when you go to
them.
-Must be available during Weekdays and Weekends.

What Should You Be Good at?
- Communication skills:- You must be able to speak freely and confidently with any person right
from 8 to 80 years.
- Global, national, and general awareness:- More importantly, you must be adept at keeping
abreast with important developments in the world via the internet, newspapers etc.
- Public speaking:- While we don’t expect you to be a Barack Obama, you should not suffer from
stage fright or a complete lack of confidence when it comes to speaking in front of crowds. If this is
not a problem, don’t worry about other nuances of public speaking. You will be trained
comprehensively for conducting workshops/educational programmes/events.
- You must be passionate about the field of education and teaching students:- We are looking for
people who are motivated about influencing social change through skill set development.
- Interpersonal skills and collaboration.

- If you have taught in the past, then this is an added advantage. Don’t worry if you haven’t!

How do We Assess Work?
SkillSphere Education follows a system which monitors task completion by all
employees/freelance associates as per pre-decided timelines on a weekly basis. We value efficacy
and efficiency over everything else. In case you get selected for this position, client and student
feedback about your performances as a trainer, and your ability to complete student reports on a
timely basis shall be important parameters for work assessment.

What Can You Expect Your Per Assignment Remuneration to Be?
Based on your performance in the recruitment process, your suitability for this position will be
assessed. If selected as an associate freelance trainer, then you shall be paid:
Online - For Short Term Workshops between ? 1300/- and ? 1900/- (4 to 5 sessions of 1.5 hrs to 2
hrs) and for Long Term Workshops between ? 4800/- and ? 6750/- (12 to 15 sessions of 1.5 hrs to 2
hrs) or on pro rata basis for Short Term between ? 190/- and ? 220/- per hour and for Long Term
between ? 225/- and ? 270/- per hour depending on the programme.
Offline - Between ? 5000/- (per 2-day 12 hour workshop) and ? 7500/- (per 3-day 18 hour
workshop) or on pro rata basis at rate of Rs. 430/- per hour for shorter assignments (apart from
fully covered travel, accommodation, and outstation allowances in case of workshops outside your
hometown) dependent upon various factors and parameters including experience and qualifications.
You will not be paid for the first 18 hours of workshops conducting by you (typically one 3 day
workshop) as this will form a part of the training process. For all subsequent workshops, you shall be
paid thereafter.
