Job Opportunity at ThoughtWorks - A Free Train & Hire program, designed for Women by FACE! 

FACE in collaboration with ThoughtWorks is organising a Free Train & Hire program , designed for Women . This program aims to empower women to pursue fulfilling careers in tech .

Program Structure:

 Phase 1: Selection Process by FACE & Thoughtworks

 Phase 2: Selected women candidates go through a Thoughtworks Sponsored Training Program (No cost to the candidate)

 Phase 3: Thoughtworks team will screen and take students for internship for 3 months (with competitive stipend*)

 Phase 4: Successful interns will secure a highly competitive* full-time offer as a Graduate Developer from Thoughtworks.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Women Candidates only

2. 65%+ throughout, BE/BTech, MTech, BCA, MCA, - No Standing Arrears

3. Year of Passout -  2021, 2020, 2019, 2018 (Final year students can apply)

4. Stream/ specialisation does not matter as long as the candidate has some coding background

5. Available full-time (8 hours a day from Monday to Friday) during the training program which commences from late November.
