BE/B.Tech (Electrical Engineering & Electrical & Electronics Engineering) - 2020 passed out batch.

We are hiring for "Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET)" position, where the selected candidates will work in our Sales & Marketing department. (Male preferred)

Job profile & responsibilities:

  • The selected candidates will be given on the job training for 2 months on various functions

    like Production, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales & Marketing and Polycab

    Code of Conduct, Culture, etc. to gain the required competencies.

  • The candidates will be evaluated every six months based on their performance and their

    confirmation will be given by the management after successful completed one year training at various location.

    Job Location: Initial training for 2 months at Manufacturing Setup (Vadodara, Gujarat) & Nashik Plant (Maharashtra). Then after deputed at various locations i.e.

    # Maharashtra – Nagpur/ Nasik/ Ahmednagar/ Sholapur
    # Chhatisgarh – Raipur/ Bilaspur/ Raigadh/ Bhilai/Ambikapur/ Baster # Madhya Pradesh – Indore/ Jabalpur
    # UP – Kanpur/ Ghaziabad /Allahabad
    # Rajasthan – Jaipur/ Jodhpur/ Ajmer/ Kota/ Udaipur
    We would prefer local candidates from each state for this position.

    CTC/Salary/Stipend: CTC of INR 1.80 LPA and revision will be done after 6 months based on performance CTC would be 2.40 LPA and after 1 year 3.25 LPA based on performance. This would depend on the achievements of the targets.

    Other benefits: Polycab will be extending the facility of free Lodging & boarding during the training period. Official travel expenses will be borne by company. Over & above our company will provide daily transport allowance.

    Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Electrical Engineering & Electrical & Electronics Engineering) - 2020 passed out batch.

    Cut Off Criteria: 50% and above in Xth & XIIth and 60% and above in Engineering (Till date).

    Service Agreement: The selected candidate has to sign 2 years’ service agreement with us and in case of breach of the agreement, the respective person will have to bare the overall training expenses the company on pro-rata basis.
