Job Specifications: ● Clarify requirements/identify gaps for features being implemented. ● Work with developers to design algorithms and flowchart. ● Design & implement robust & extensible code module. ● Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications. ● Verify and deploy product functionality; deploys to staging servers & assists the Lead in deploying to production environment as required. ● Consistently apply team software development process (e.g., estimations, tracking, testing, code & design reviews, etc.). ● Accurately schedule and track progress, providing visibility to the Mentor as well as to other team members in an effort to monitor and resolve risk; create end to end WBS & estimates for modules being implemented. Participate in customer meetings. ● Assist in fostering the tech culture by proactively sharing the learning & experiences. Skill Set: ● Strong analytical skills with strong problem-solving abilities. ● Strong Data Structures & Algorithms. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● Should be a self-starter and a good team player with a high sense of ownership. The bond condition is also applicable in case you don’t complete the entire internship duration and choose to leave in between

- Candidates of 2021 passing out batch are eligible. - B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE - M.E/M.Tech in CS/IT - MCA or M.Sc (CS)
- Online Objective + Programming. - Online Subjective - Online Coding Test - Online Technical Rounds All the rounds will be conducted remotely. The Online Test is expected to be organized in the month of December. Exact Schedule details will be shared with the shortlisted candidates.
1. Please note that 6 Months Internship starting January 2021 is Mandatory. 2. Internship Stipend will be Rs.17,500 Per Month. You will be eligible for up to 10 leaves during the 6 months internship period. 3. Performance Bonus (Rs.50,000) & Joining Bonus (Rs.50,000) Components are included in the Total Package. 4. Joining Bonus will be credited with the first month salary as full time employee post the successful completion of 6 months Internship. 5. The bond duration commences at the start of internship date till completion of 6 months of Full time employment after confirmation. 6. Bond of Rs.1,00,000 is applicable for students who pursue internship with JTG E-Business Software Pvt Ltd & have a job offer but do not wish to join us or leave before 6 months after starting their full-time employment. The bond condition is also applicable in case you don’t complete the entire internship duration and choose to leave in between. 7. Currently you shall be working from remote location however it will as per the organization's discretion for you to join workplace whenever we decide to resume normal office operations. 8. Candidates who have undergone the process are not eligible to apply.
