Fresher Hiring  Criteria:-

Profile/Designation- Associate Software Engineer

Branches/Streams- CS, IS, IT, EC, EEE, MCA, and MTech

Percentage Criteria- 60% throughout

Skills required- Good programming knowledge and communication skills, ready to work on any technology ( Good Attitude ) Logical and analytical skills 

Bond- NA

CTC- 3 LPA

Work Location- Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad 

Year of Passing- 2021  

Interview process- Candidates will undergo a minimum of 2 technical interviews.

2..On receipt, we will share the list of candidates with Apisero. 

3. Apisero will conduct the online test (HackerEarth). 

4. Such candidates who clear the online test will undergo a training program on technologies like greenfield and mulesoft through Destination Technologies. 

5. Once the candidate clears the online test, the shortlisted candidates need to bear the cost of the training which will be INR 10,000/- or even the college can facilitate the same to us. 

6. The training cost has to be paid before the training starts.

7. Training program will be conducted by Destination Technologies for four weeks and once the training is completed the candidates will be allowed to attend the technical interview, 

followed by an HR round.
