All 19 students can follow the below process to register for the Online On-Campus Final Placement test , which we are going to conduct in May 2021.
Note : Last date to register for the Online On-Campus Placement test is 15th April 2021.
- Open www.eleation.com
- Click on login
- Enter Username and Password
- Once you are logged in Click on "College Test" button
- Then Click on "ELEATION's On-Campus Placement" Button.
- Then Click on "ELEATION's Final Placement Process : Round 1 : Registration" Button.
- Read all the instructions written on the new page, click on "Download Problem statement RAR file" Button, it will download a RAR file which contains problem statements which you need to solve and upload the solution report.
- Click on all the check boxes and click on submit.
- Upload the solution report, then click on submit.
- A new webpage will open containing the registration form, enter the required details and click on submit.
We will check the solution report submitted by you and share the final list of students on 5th May 2021, containing the students names who has submitted the correct solution report and are eligible to give ELEATION's Final On-Campus Placement test : Round 1 on 09th May 2021
Final Placement Process : Round 1 : Online Technical Test
- Test Date : 09th May 2021
- Test Timing : 5 PM to 6 PM
- Total Number of Questions : 50
- Total Marks : 100

- To Clear the Final Placement Process Round 1 : Online Technical Test : students need to Score 80 or more marks.
Final Placement Process : Round 2 : Technical Interview
- Technical interview dates : 16th / 17th / 18th May 2021
- We will share the schedule (Online technical interview timing) with each student clearing Final Placement Process : Round 1
- Total Number of questions asked in the Online technical interview : 6

- To Clear the Final Placement Process Round 2 : Online Technical Interview student need to give correct answer of 4 or more questions
Final Placement Process : Round 3 : Tool Test
- Tool test Date : 23rd May 2021
- We will share the schedule (Tool test duration and timing) with each student clearing the Final Placement Process : Round 2.
- We will share a CAD model and PDF (Containing the instruction – Like, type of meshing, type of Analysis, output required), with each student, student need to solve the model as per the instructions mentioned in the PDF using Altair HyperWorks software, then create a PowerPoint Presentation, save the PowerPoint Presentation in PDF format, and send the solution report PDF to hr@eleation.com
- All the students submitting the correct solution report will get an Offer letter from ELEATION on 31st May 2021.
Offer Letter and Joining Process :
- Students Clearing all the 3 Final Placement Rounds will get Offer letters from ELEATION on 31st May 2021.
- Selected students need to submit all the necessary documents mentioned in the Offer letter on or before 15th June 2021.
- Selected students can join ELEATION company anytime from 15th June 2021 to 15th July 2021.

Q : If I don't Pay INR 1000/- , still I am eligible for ELEATION's Placement test?
A : Yes, INR 1000/- is not for ELEATION's Placement test, INR 1000/- is for ELEATION's HyperWorks Basic To professional Training Program, so whether you have paid INR 1000/- or not still you can give ELEATION's Final Placement test.
Q : I haven't cleared the first round test conducted by ELEATION, can I give ELEATION's Placement test?
A : Yes, ELEATION has Conducted ELEATION Pre-placement test to select how many students will have free access to ELEATION's HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training Program, It is not First round of ELEATION's Placement Process, whether you have cleared – not cleared ( Given – not Given ), ELEATION's Pre-Placement test, still you can give ELEATION's Final Placement test.
Q : I am not selected for the Free training program, So can I pay INR 1000/- and Join the training program?
A : Yes, you can pay INR 1000/- and join the training Program, to pay INR 1000/- and join the training Program please follow the below process :

- The click on On-campus Placement Process
- Then Click on Pay Now
- Select the mode of payment, complete the payment process and start the training.
Q : Why ELEATION is charging INR 1000/- for Placement?
A : INR 1000/- is not for Placement, ELEATION never charges any amount for Placement, INR 1000/- is for ELEATION's HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training Program.
Q : Can I know the topics from which the questions in the first round will be asked?
A : Questions will be from the topic mentioned in the link - https://eleation.com/courses/hyperworks/course_content/
Q : Is it compulsory to pay INR 1000/- and join the course to give ELEATION's Placement test?
A : No, if you have knowledge of HyperWorks/CAE/FEM/FEA then you can give the Final placement test directly, there is no need to pay INR 1000/- and join the course.
Q : What is the last date to pay INR 1000/- and join(start) the Online training Program?
A : there is no last date to pay INR 1000/- and Join(start) the training program, you can pay INR 1000/- as and when you want and start the training as and when you want, but it is advisable to start the training as soon as possible, so that you will have enough time to practice on the software.
Q : I have paid INR 1000/- and joined the course, is there any advantage I have?
A : Yes, If you complete the training, solve all the homework and assignment models, then you will have a better understanding of HyperWorks/CAE/FEM/FEA, which will increase your chances of clearing all the 3 Final Placement tests.
Q : Is it compulsory to complete the training before the placement test?
A : No, it is advisable to complete the training before the placement test, so that you will have a better understanding of HyperWorks/CAE/FEM/FEA, which will increase your chances of clearing the ELEATION's Placement test.
Q : Is it compulsory to complete the internship project before the Placement test?
A : No, it is advisable to complete the Internship project before the placement test, so that you will have a better understanding of HyperWorks/CAE/FEM/FEA, which will increase your chances of clearing the ELEATION's Placement test.
Q : Is there any registration process for students to give ELEATION's Placement test?
A : Yes, we will share the students registration process for ELEATION's Final Placement test on or before 1st April 2020.
Q : Can students give the Final placement test from their respective places?
A : Yes, ELEATION's Placement Program is an online process, so that students can give the placement test from anywhere.
Q : I don't have a laptop / desktop, will there be any issues?
A : You can give Round 1 and Round 2 using a mobile phone, but for round 3 (Tool Test), you will need a laptop/desktop with Altair HyperWorks software installed and working.
Q : I haven't given ELEATION's Placement test 1 round, Can I give ELEATION's Placement test round 2?
A : ELEATION has conducted ELEATION's Pre-Placement test , it is not ELEATION's Placement test Round 1, so whether you have given the ELEATION's Pre-Placement test or not, still you can give ELEATION's Placement test.
Q : If I didn't clear the ELEATION's Placement test, can I give the test again?
A : Yes, You can give ELEATION's Placement test after 6 months, i.e. if you have given ELEATION's Placement test in May 2021 and if you haven't cleared the test then you can give the placement test again on or after December 2021.
Q : How many students will get offer letters from my college?
Answer : It purely depends on students' performance in the final placement process, last year from a few colleges more than 6 students got placed in ELEATION and from a few colleges 1 student got placed in ELEATION, so it is purely based on individual students.
Q : Only top 5 students are allowed to attend the final Placement process?
Answer : No, all the students are allowed to give the final placement process, we are conducting the pre-placement test only to select students who will undergo Free training from ELEATION on ELEATION's HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training Program.
Q : Why ELEATION is conducting the Final Placement process in May 2021 and Pre-placement test in 2020?
Answer : CAE and HyperWorks is a domain which requires time and practice to understand and work on it. Keeping this in mind we have designed the ELEATION's HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training Program, such that students will learn all the concepts of CAE and HyperWorks from basic to professional level and will get enough time to practice on the software.
Q : In the Final Placement Process, will the marks of the Pre-placement test be added?
Answer : No, ELEATION is conducting a pre-placement online test, to select Top 5 students from your college who will undergo free training on ELEATION's HyperWorks Basic To Professional Training Program. Once top 5 students are selected, then the pre-placement test process is over. Now to get placed in ELEATION students need to clear all the 3 rounds of Final Placement process.
Q : Students selected by ELEATION will work with ELEATION or for ELEATION's Clients?
Answer : ELEATION is not a manpower consultancy. All the students placed in ELEATION will be working with ELEATION companies. We don't recruit any student to work at the client's location (office).
Q : Students clearing all the 3 rounds will undergo further training or their salary will start from 15th June 2021?
Answer : If any student clears all the 3 final placement rounds, then his/her salary will start from 15th June 2021, there will be no further training for the selected students.
Q : Do selected students need to join ELEATION's Pune office?
Answer : No since 2019, ELEATION has created a server through which any ELEATION employee working as CAE Project Engineer can work from any location.
