Designation: Software Engineer Trainee

Job Location: PAN India offices (Should be flexible for any location.)

Stipend – There is NO stipend during the training

Salary – 2.8 LPA (Applicable once they are deployed in the project). First Month after deployment, will provide a stipend of 10K… 2.8 LPA will be applicable from the second month onwards.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria :

1. B.E / B.Tech – Computer Science / Information Technology – ONLY
2. Year of Passout – only 2020/2021 pass out students
3. Percentage – 65% (PS : 64.9% Cannot be considered) or 6.5 CGPA above
4. Should have min 60% in 10^th and 12^th. (PS : 59.9% will not be considered)
5. No active backlogs
6. No Year Gaps throughout academics
7. Should have strong communication skills – Please do not process any below-average resources.

 

Training Program Points to discuss with resources

1. Training Mode: Online Training (Should have Laptop and Strong Internet) (THE TRAINING WILL BE DONE BY MANIPAL INSTITUTION, THE COST WILL BE BORNE BY ARTECH )
2. Training Hours – 7-8 Hours
3. Training Days – Monday to Friday
4. No of Days for training – 65-80 Working Days
5. There will be assessments on weekly basis – Students have to show consistent improvement in these assessments.
6. No Stipend during the training period
7. Training Cost will be borne by Artech
8. Once training is completed, they will have a final assessment with the client.
9. Deployment: All students clearing the final assessment with client will be deployed in projects across PAN India office locations. Location cannot be decided by the resource. Hence flexibility is mandatory.
10. Minimum Commitment Period: Resources have to stay with Artech ATLEAST for a period of 12 months after they are deployed in the project (this is excluding the training period)
11. Training Completion Certificate: Will be provided after 12 months in the project
12. Security Measure: To ensure students do not quit the training in between and also complete min 12 months with Artech in the project, they will have to submit a cheque before the training starts.
    1. Amount on Cheque: 1 Lakh
    2. Date:  Not to be mentioned
    3. Sign: Yes
    4. Security for students: LOC(letter of consent) will be provided clearly stating that the cheque will be returned once they complete 12 months in the project. If students fail the final assessment, the cheque will still be given back to them. The cheque can be submitted from a "Zero Balance" account.
13. Document Submission: Students have to visit the nearby Artech office to submit a photocopy of their education documents and govt ID proof, along with the cheque before the training starts.

• Video Proctoring will be done. Please instruct not to open any other browser pages while taking the test
• Using earphones during the speechtrac assessment will give better results
