Become an Intern
Business Development (Sales)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
2. Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
3. Present our company to potential clients.
4. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
5. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
6. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
7. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
8. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and account executives.
9. Report to the Business Development Manager on weekly sales results.
10. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Eligibility:
Preference: Smart/Fluent/Confident Candidate, someone who is a subject matter expert (English Proficiency) with excellent communication skills (written and verbal); Email handling skills and willing to learn & support.
Content Writer (Research)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Working on DIYguru course-related elements as guided.
2. Performing daily research on instructed topics and segregating relevant materials.
3. Create a layout for content for the social media page.
4. Work on suggesting inputs for our upcoming projects in terms of content requirements.
5. Write a clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.
6. Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
7. Submit work to editors for input and approval.
8. Moderating DIYguru forum.
9. Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
10. Recommend new topics & Update website content as needed.
Eligibility:
Preference: Smart/Fluent/Confident Candidate, someone who is a subject matter expert (English Proficiency) with excellent communication skills (written and verbal); Email handling skills, and willing to learn & support.
Research Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Creating a curriculum based on the best knowledge in the field of Battery, BMS & Motor Controller.
2. Creating and maintaining technical documentation for eBAJA & Formula Bharat.
3. Leading online discussions of the course material via forums and webchat.
4. Evaluating student papers, projects, tests, and other assessments.
5. Maintaining records on student progress/grades.
6. Assign homework, special projects, and reading assignments to students.
7. Encourage student participation and lead student discussions to keep them active and engaged in learning.
8. Provide feedback to students and assign grades to their coursework.
Skill(s) required:
Relevant CAD and CAE skills.
Communication & writing skills and analytical aptitude.
Eligibility:
1. Preference in given to BAJA and FS participants.
2. Available for a duration of 2 months
Become an Instructor
Part Time / Full Time Instructor
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Make course of min. 30 Hrs. which is project based divided into min. 15 sections with each section consisting of quizzes and assignments.
2. Provide maximum 3 hours per week to facilitate the course: participate in discussions, monitor & assist student progress, and participate in internal discussion soon after the course commencement.
3. Post “office hours” instructions so that students may request an appointment. (Note: Options for hosting your office hours include: Google Hangout, Canvas web conferencing, Skype, or phone).
4. Facilitation of minimum one webinar every month on the concerning topic.
5. The instructor is required to maintain star rating above 4 out of 5, in case he/she fails to maintain the star rating the course will be subjected to revision as per student feedback.
