This is the job description for the students:
1.Students should have knowledge on aerodynamics
2.He should be aware of what are all the components inside the drone and their property
3.He should know about the basics of motors and property
4.He should be aware of aerofoils and it's property
5.He should have knowledge of basic electronics and communication
6.If his project is on drone or fixed wing then it's an added advantage
7.He should be aware of all the drone companies and who are our competitors
8.He should have basic knowledge on any designing software
9.He should have good communication skills

10.If possible he has to have some basic idea of flying machines.
We will give training for the students for a period of 3 months and from the 4th month we will take him as our co-pilot depending on his performance. And after that we will convert him as our pilot based on how he performs in the operations.
Anywhere in India the training itself costs around 50k-60k and we are providing that free of cost so we will take the students as our permanent pilots.
